Pressure Washing exterior surfaces
Offering high and low pressure washing to ensure quality service for various materials. We use a four step process to clean various types of materials which restores concrete, brick, stone and rock surfaces to a like new appearance. We will spray the material with a high alkaline detergent. This process will begin to breakdown the contaminates that have settled inside the material overtime. Sometimes, a butyl base degreaser is be applied to any problem areas that require more attention, usually high traffic areas. We pressure wash concrete at 35,000psi using a 5.5 gallon per minuet machine. After pressure washing, we thoroughly rinse to reveal the brightened surface.
deck and fence restoration
Proper uses a four-step, low pressure chemical wash process to wash decks, fences and other treated wood surfaces. Our process will not harm the environment, nor damage wood surfaces.
1) We will apply "Proper Pink" a sodium hydroxide cleaner. This cleaner works similar to hydrogen peroxide penetrating the wood and brings dirt to the surface.
2) Once the dirt comes to the surface, we brush all surface areas to agitate for easy removal.
3) Next, at the recommendation of all hardwood manufactures, we low pressure wash all surfaces at 15,000psi to remove all dirt, contaminates, and chemicals.
4)After washing an application of oxalic acid will be used to brighten and neutralize the wood. This step will bring the wood back to a golden color giving it a like new appearance. This step ensures sealant will be absorbed to its full potential which will increase the life of the wood. We offer high quality clear or tinted sealant of your choice that comes with 2-4 year warranties depending on which product.
roof washing
Proper uses a low pressure chemical wash to remove dirt, mold, mildew, moss and dark stains from the roof. The dark stains are caused by a blue-green algae known as Gloeocapsa Magma. As the algae grows, it holds moisture causing the growth process to accelerate. Not only does this algae hurt the appearance of the roof, it will also damage it over time. As the algae grabs onto the roof surface, it starts to deteriorate the roof material and cause decay. This algae has caused many home owners across the country to spend thousands of dollars replacing their roof when they could of have it restored for a much lower cost. Our low pressure chemical wash method will extend your roof life, and remove all contaminants that cause algae growth. Our process follows the recommended guidelines by the American Roofing association and the American Roof Cleaning Association. It is safe and effective, and will not damage asphalt shingles, tile or cedar shakes.
